Originally from Bangladesh, I am living in Russia since 1983. I got my M.Sc. in theoretical physics from Russian Peoples' Friendship University, Moscow in 1989 and Ph.D. from the same University in 1993. Since 1994 I am working at the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, Dubna. I defended my D.Sc. thesis in 2009. Though initially my research interest was mainly soliton physics and gravitation, lately I am mainly working on cosmology. At present I am a leading research fellow at the laboratory of Information Technologies, JINR, Dubna. Beside physics I like photography and reading. |
